Personality: Penelope maintains a low profile in the public eye, but will get whatever she wants, no matter what it takes. Her knowledge of remote control and machinery allows her to avoid being directly involved in heists. However, she definitely believes that sometimes you have to break eggs to make an omelet, and while she would avoid violence, she's not opposed to taking advantage of it. She would go to great lengths to keep herself free of any blame and pin it on someone else.
Abilities: Penelope is a self-described genius, and deserving of the title. She can build, repair, and rebuild any kind of machine or gadget you could imagine. If the idea exists, she probably has a blueprint for it. Her main tools of choice are her RC chopper and RC car, both of which she can further modify with any kind of attachment. Despite her small frame and general lack of physical strength, Penelope also knows how to handle a sword and can perform basic sword dueling, and she can also pilot small aircraft, particularly biplanes.
Note: This is the version of Penelope from Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, after Episode 5 but before Episode 6. I'm not counting the crazy, stupid spoiler they pulled in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, so if you happen to know what that is, it's not involved here.
